Mr. Lopez’s practice is focused on representing employers, workers’ compensation insurance carriers and third party administrators in the defense of California Workers’ Compensation claims, including discrimination claims under Labor Code, Section 132a and allegations of Serious and Willful Misconduct. Mr. Lopez brings many years of experience working closely with his clients to ensure Aggressive, yet strategic action plans to achieve the best possible results. Mr. Lopez handles claims throughout the entire State, but his practice is centered primarily in San Diego, Riverside, Orange and Imperial Counties.

In addition to handling State workers’ compensation matters, Mr. Lopez handles the defense of claims arising out of the Longshore and Harborworkers’ Compensation Act bringing with him strategic knowledge and insight having previously represented injured workers during the beginning of his career. He also handles subrogation claims, obtaining recovery for carriers against third parties when appropriate.
